Jennifer Garrison, PhD, QMed
Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in facilitating challenging conversations and helping teams to navigate complex workplace dynamics. A nationally-accredited mediator as well as a licensed investigator, she is known for approaching conflict with insight, creativity, and compassion. Jennifer is passionate about building resolutions that empower participants while keeping the entire organizational culture at the forefront.
As a former tenured university professor and union president, she has a particular expertise in post-secondary academic leadership as well as labour relations.

Trained and provincially licensed workplace investigator
Over 15 years of workplace policy development and review
Expert labour relations strategist: over 10 years of experience working with, for, and on the opposite side of unions
