Jennifer has over twenty years of experience in facilitating challenging conversations and helping teams to navigate complex workplace dynamics. A nationally-accredited mediator as well as a licensed investigator, she is known for approaching conflict with insight, creativity, and compassion. Jennifer is passionate about building resolutions that empower participants while keeping the entire organizational culture at the forefront.
Her experience and credentials include:
Mediator accredited by ADRIC (Alternative Dispute Resolution of Canada)
Trained and provincially licensed workplace investigator
Over 15 years of workplace policy development and review
Over 10 years of experience working with, for, and on the opposite side of unions
Expert in interpreting and applying workplace-related legislation, including Human Rights Code, Occupational Health and Safety, and Employment Standards
Experience in a full range of roles in the non-profit and not-for-profit sectors: including volunteer, elected Board Chair, staff member offering front-line support, and Executive Director
